REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Since my programmes are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access is granted to the product. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site.
If you become unavailable for your scheduled coaching session, we will work with you to reschedule for another day that suits both parties. A change in your schedule will not grant you a refund of your deposit or your full payment if it has already been made.
After you have attended a coaching session, we do not issue refunds for any reason.
Client accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/his progress and results for the course and coaching and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
